Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lenexa - Overland Park Area by IHG

Check in was super courteous. Rooms, hallways, commons areas clean. Breakfast on point as usual. Two negatives!?…I love the new coffee machines, but you have to have the brewed backup. Breakfast leader was very rude to her helper who was doing her best to get the machine running. The bed was horrible…..looked like a leftover from a Sleep Inn

Antonio who worked swing shift made sure we were well taken care of. He is the perfect example of how customer service should be handled. My only complaint would be housekeeping. We stayed there 4 days. The 1st day they forgot to clean our room. Antonio made sure that got corrected. After that the cleaning was minimal at best. They basically made the beds like a 5 year old. Sadly we are running into this problem at multiple holiday inn expresses

I don't give out all positive reviews often but this is seriously the place to stay. The staff is friendly and wonderful, and questions and complaints are answered promptly. Rooms are well thought out for travelers who don't like to expand into drawers and keep stuff off floors. Best bed and sheets I've slept on in my 2 weeks of traveling. Hotel was pretty quiet too.

First thing when I walked into the door was a well kept lobby and nice smelling lobby. I was greated by Antonio, who was very polite and welcoming. He got me sorted out and checked in quickly. My second experience was my room. It was clean, organized, and stocked. I left for the day to come back to it as if I had just arrived again. Looking and smelling wonderful. I ran into an issue unrelated to the hotel. But was fixed with Antonio's kind help. I like to relax with some VR mini-golf, and when I pulled my headset out I found that my controller batteries were dead. I asked Antonio if he had any batteries. He could have done the easy thing and said "Sorry, we don't have any AAs" but he didn't. He looked high and low just to get batteries to make my stay more enjoyable. Thank you Antonio and Gema for making my stay enjoyable.

Stayed here a couple times and always a great place to stay. Check in is smooth and staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always well cleaned, beds are comfortable. Plenty of dining around, generally i do a delivery option and there's a ton of places that deliver here. Breakfast is included. Love the later check out of noon. Rooms are nice and quiet. This place is my go to hotel when I'm in the area for work.

Somewhat easy to get to. The front desk person was polite and answered all my questions with ease. Breakfast was basic but very good and fully stocked. Parking is ample and close to the interstate. Also the area seems very safe and lighting is very good in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this place. Truly surprised I usually stay are the Marriott but this motel is comparable.

My siblings and our families has stayed here 2 times in 2 years for funerals and a wedding and the front staff has been super amazing everytime. Very friendly to us and our children. We will continue to stay here when we're in KC. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Holiday Inn, and it was all thanks to the outstanding service from Antonio at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations were comfortable and exactly what I needed. He was professional, welcoming, and truly made me feel valued as a guest. Travel can be stressful, but Antonio made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to help with every request set the tone for a fantastic stay. I am so grateful for his hard work and hospitality—it really made all the difference. Thanks to Antonio, my trip was an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn and will definitely be back.
